Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to provide comprehensive speech and language services for students in grades K-12. This contract position spans the full academic school year and is based in Peyton, CO, within a supportive K-12 school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for students exhibiting communication challenges.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students academic and social progress.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, progress notes, and compliance with state and district regulations.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning.

Qualifications:

Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience working with school-age children, especially within K-12 settings.
Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage caseload efficiently and prioritize student needs.
