Field Services Manager
GermBlast is redefining infection prevention by partnering with clients to create cleaner, safer environments. Were growing and looking for a Field Services Manager to support our field teams and help drive day-to-day operations.

What Youll Do
- Support scheduling and coordination of field service teams
- Assist with onboarding and training of technicians
- Provide day-to-day support to field staff
- Help ensure quality, safety, and service standards are met
- Communicate with leadership on field operations and team needs
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable in a hands-on, field-based role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willing to learn and grow into a leadership position
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
- Willingness to travel as needed (regional)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
