George Junior Republic in Indiana seeks a community-based Clinical Supervisor for the new grant-funded Pre-Adjudicated and Truancy Help (PATH) program. This is a two-year program funded by the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute.

Summary of the position: The PATH Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and management of PATH employees and programs. This includes an administrative assistant, therapists, and case managers. The Supervisor must be able to work collaboratively with other administrative staff members and employees.

Primary Duties:

  1. Data Management: This includes supporting the collection of data on clients/staff as required by the grant, monitor program fidelity, review data, and ensure key deliverables occur within approved timelines
  2. Supervise and Train Employees: This includes monthly supervision, monitoring of work and deliverables, and complete evaluations
  3. Budgeting and Financial Management: This includes ensuring staff are following fiscal policies and procedures, review monthly program expenses, report discrepancies in a timely manner
  4. Marketing and Public Relations: This includes providing assistance in marketing the program, collaborate with internal and external partners, respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  5. Coordination of Client Care: This may include covering caseloads, monitor staff capacities, provide feedback, etc.
  6. Productivity: This includes meeting productivity objectives
  7. Compliance to organizational, program, and grant standards
  8. Travel to various cities in order to support the needs of PATH participants

Clients Served/Referral Sources:

Youth ages 8-18 in Bartholomew, Brown, Johnson, Posey, and Vanderburgh counties who may be referred for

  1. Chronic absenteeism
  2. Oppositional behavior
  3. Early substance use
  4. Other challenges linked to unmet behavioral health needs

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree from an accredited university in social work, psychology, or directly-related human services field.
  2. Organized
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Microsoft experience
  5. Valid transportation, driver's license, and car insurance
  6. Ability to engage with internal employees and stakeholders and external clients and community groups
