Salary Range: $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Manage plant budget and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture and addressing personnel matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain high product quality standards through effective quality control systems and processes.
- Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and R&D to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience (7-10+ years) in manufacturing operations management, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop large production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- MBA or Master's degree in a related engineering or business field
- Experience with multi-site operations or new plant commissioning/start-up
- Proficiency with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
