Location: Timonium, MD (On-site) | Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Picture your day beginning on the production floor at Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company. You check the CMMS for overnight tickets, pull on your PPE, and walk the line with Production and Engineering. A servo axis needs calibration, a pneumatic valve is sticking, and an improvement you proposed last week is ready to pilot. By lunchtime, you’ve completed predictive checks, logged work orders, and fabricated a small bracket to eliminate a recurring jam. By shift-end, uptime is up, scrap is down, and the team is on track—safely, and to spec.
What you’ll do
- Drive equipment reliability through predictive and preventive maintenance across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair automated and semi-automated assets in a continuous production environment, always meeting EHS and Quality expectations.
- Fabricate and perform machining tasks to support machine performance and process improvements.
- Execute maintenance work orders and record accurate details in the CMMS.
- Set up, calibrate, and test components and mechanical assemblies using the right tools and methods.
- Partner daily with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations, and contractors to achieve production goals.

Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of related industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read manuals, technical documents, blueprints, and troubleshooting guides.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a collaborative environment.
Physical/environment demands
- Lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently and stand at machines for the entire shift, including reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic PC skills; ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
Preferred background
- Hazardous waste handling, industrial/manufacturing experience, and electrical work.
- Familiarity with injection molding and melt-blowing processes.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including overtime and holidays.
Schedule
C Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts), plus every Wednesday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM.
Compensation & benefits
- Hourly range: $32–$36 per hour (good-faith estimate at time of posting; may be modified).
- Eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
