About the Position

You'll be the front line of support for our users, helping ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve service issues by identifying causes and offering timely solutions
- Process orders, forms, and account requests accurately
- Maintain professionalism and build positive rapport with users
- Follow communication policies and procedures consistently
- Document interactions in the CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Contribute to improving the customer experience and team KPIs
Compensation
- Annual salary: $36,400

Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
