We’re seeking a Growth & Strategy Partner to help lead company expansion, investor relations, and strategic development. This is an equity-based role (19%) with direct collaboration alongside founders Rand and Amy Blitstein.

Help Us Scale and Raise Series A Financing for StaffGreat.com
StaffGreat.com is a fast-growing, woman-owned recruiting platform transforming how freelance recruiters connect with top employers.
We do all high-end sectors — including corporate, tech, finance, medical, and defense — and already have nearly 60 paying recruiters subscribed to our $39/month seat program.
We’re seeking a Growth & Strategy Partner to join our leadership team and help drive both our Series A raise ($250K–$500K) and our next phase of company growth — including scaling operations, expanding recruiter seats, and strengthening our platform and brand nationwide.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in fundraising, partnerships, or strategic growth leadership.
Strong investor and business network.
Understanding of recruiting, and or marketplace business models.
Ability to shape expansion strategy and manage relationships that drive revenue.
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for a hands-on role in scaling a startup.
Compensation
19% equity ownership in StaffGreat.com upon successful completion of the Series A raise.
Continued equity and incentive potential for future growth milestones.
Partner / Growth & Strategy Partner title, collaborating directly with founders Amy Blitstein (CEO) and Rand Blitstein (Founder).
No salary until capital is raised; compensation is fully equity-based.
