Location: San Jose, CA (In-person with hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: $70–$85/hour W2 employee | 401(k) with match | Paid sick time | CE opportunities | Paid for Admin Time

We’re looking for a Licensed Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) who wants to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a therapist that can see adults and couples. A big plus if you are open to kids/teens as well!

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy (mostly in-person, some telehealth, hybrid schedule).

Maintain clear, timely documentation — without the burnout pace.
Ideal Fit
You’re a clinician who…

Is fully licensed in California (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).

Brings a trauma-informed and insight-oriented approach.

Enjoys both independence and collaboration.

Has 3–5+ years of experience and a passion for deep, insight oriented, meaningful therapy.
Bonus: Training in EMDR, IFS, or OCD treatment.
