• Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide exceptional support by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Uphold company standards for quality service and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and systems.• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls in a detail-focused setting.
• Knowledge of billing processes and ability to address collection-related inquiries effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Competence in using computer systems and software to document customer interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
