Join the East Charlotte privately contracted DMV License Plate Agency serving the community on behalf of the NC Division of Motor Vehicles. We are a fast-paced, customer-focused office that helps North Carolina drivers with vehicle titles, annual plate renewals, tax collection and notarial services.
The ideal applicant will have:
Previous DMV experience or previous auto dealer experience; bi-lingual abilities, previous customer service experience with ability to process payments and perform end-of-day accounts reconciliation; strong attention to detail; computer skills with focus on regulated processes and procedures; flexibility in Mon-Fri, 9a - 5:30p schedule; desire to serve a diverse customer base with kindness and professionalism; NC Notary Certification.
High school diploma, or equivalent required; associate or bachelor degree a plus.
