This full-time role allows you to deliver comprehensive, collaborative care within an integrated healthcare framework focused on clinical excellence, education, and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care to a diverse group of Veterans.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model.
• Oversee both chronic and acute medical conditions.
• Enjoy a balanced work schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Salary and Benefits:

• This position qualifies for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), which offers student loan repayment assistance. Eligibility criteria must be met according to VHA policy, and applications should be submitted within four months of starting. Approval, award amounts (up to $200,000), and eligibility periods (one to five years) will be determined after a thorough review of the application.
• Starting Annual Salaries: Range from $250,000 to $315,000; additionally, employees may be eligible for up to $15,000 in performance-based pay each year. Opportunities for Proficiency Awards are also available, alongside Pay for Performance incentives. Regular salary evaluations will take place every two years, with annual cost-of-living adjustments.
