We are seeking a licensed and experienced Electrician in Winston Salem, NC to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This is a full-time, day shift role (Monday–Friday) with a temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, works safely, and can complete projects efficiently and accurately while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using proper tools and techniques
- Follow safety procedures and electrical codes on every job
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure quality work
Requirements:
- Valid electrician license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights safely
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Drug screen and background check required
