About the Opportunity:

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Panel Builder to join a growing manufacturer of industrial water treatment systems and chemical feeder equipment. You’ll work with a close-knit team of experienced builders in a clean, modern facility with a welcoming, old-school culture. The team handles complete projects from design through build-out, and you’ll be responsible for the hands-on assembly and wiring of control panels for these systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys a steady workload, and can interpret schematics and line diagrams to build clean, reliable panels.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and wire industrial control panels from scratch

  • Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings

  • Drill, cut, and mount panel components

  • Route and terminate wires, ensuring proper labeling and clean layout

  • Use standard hand tools and power tools for panel assembly

  • Work with 3-phase and 480V systems

  • Collaborate with a small, skilled team in a low-stress, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • 3+ years of electrical panel building or panel wiring experience

  • Strong schematic reading and interpretation skills

  • Experience working with 3-phase power and up to 480V

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have:

  • Associate degree or trade certification in electrical or industrial technology

  • Experience fabricating or modifying metal panel enclosures

  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC wiring (not programming)

Work Environment & Culture:

  • Small team, friendly culture, and strong employee retention

  • Modern, well-maintained shop with onsite perks

  • Management is supportive, and the team values reliability and craftsmanship

Perks Upon Conversion:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Paid holidays and PTO

  • Career stability and growth with a company that's expanding
