???? Pay: $29–$34/hr (Based on experience)
???? Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (Occasional OT until 5 PM + some half-day Saturdays)
???? Contract-to-Hire | 6-Month Contract with Strong Potential for Permanent Conversion
About the Opportunity:
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Panel Builder to join a growing manufacturer of industrial water treatment systems and chemical feeder equipment. You’ll work with a close-knit team of experienced builders in a clean, modern facility with a welcoming, old-school culture. The team handles complete projects from design through build-out, and you’ll be responsible for the hands-on assembly and wiring of control panels for these systems.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys a steady workload, and can interpret schematics and line diagrams to build clean, reliable panels.
What You'll Do:

Build and wire industrial control panels from scratch

Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings

Drill, cut, and mount panel components

Route and terminate wires, ensuring proper labeling and clean layout

Use standard hand tools and power tools for panel assembly

Work with 3-phase and 480V systems

Collaborate with a small, skilled team in a low-stress, supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
-
3+ years of electrical panel building or panel wiring experience

Strong schematic reading and interpretation skills
-
Experience working with 3-phase power and up to 480V
-
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have:

Associate degree or trade certification in electrical or industrial technology

Experience fabricating or modifying metal panel enclosures

Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC wiring (not programming)
