Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Strive to exceed customer satisfaction standards by offering exceptional service.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for call center operations.
• Monitor and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and share feedback with management.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.
• Skilled at managing inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Familiarity with resolving customer issues and providing solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
