Community hospital looking to bring on Director Critical Care! Bonus Incentive Program, Sign-On Bonus, Relocation!
 
19 Bed Unit, FTEs: 65, 1 Manager &amp; Current Director is There Until the End of September
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree in Nursing or BSN with MBA, MHA or other related healthcare degree.</li>
<li>National Nursing Leadership Certification is required within one year of accepting the role or by a signed commitment letter.</li>
<li>Preferred Education: MSN</li>
<li>Required License: RN &amp; BLS</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in critical care. </li>
<li>3+ years of progressive leadership. </li>
<li>Computer skills include word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and Intranet software, e-mail.</li>
<li>Preferred Experience: Five years of progressive leadership experience</li>
<li>Director will oversee the CVICU and CVPC units and they are requiring candidates to have extensive CV background to be considered.</li>
