We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, youll have the flexibility to work remotely and in the office while helping clients secure insurance coverage that fits their lives.   • Competitive base pay plus commission and performance bonuses with first year earning potential of $70,000+
  • $1,000 licensing bonus ($500 for P&C, $500 for Life & Health)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients
  • Build and manage relationships with referral partners and centers of influence
  • Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
  • Answer inbound calls and assist existing clients
  • Represent the agency in the community through outreach and engagement


Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communication skills
  • Not afraid to fail, with a growth mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Comfortable with technology and virtual collaboration
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred
  • If unlicensed, candidate must be willing to obtain license(s) within 90 days
