Role Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will engage directly with customers in an in-person sales setting to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions. You will conduct professional, consultative sales conversations, clearly explain products and services, and guide customers through the full sales process with confidence and clarity.
You will be responsible for maintaining high communication standards, adhering to established sales systems, and representing Visionary Concepts Inc. with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking candidates with prior sales or customer-facing experience who are confident communicators and comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment. Experience in wireless sales, retail sales, customer acquisition, or other sales roles is strongly preferred.
Compensation and Career Growth
This full-time position offers a competitive base pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, paid weekly, along with uncapped commission opportunities. This sales role provides weekly pay, performance-based bonuses, and long-term growth opportunities within our sales organization.
