Position Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within the manufacturing sector. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic plans, and ensuring alignment between production capabilities and market demands. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint, optimizing sales processes, and delivering value to industrial clients.

· Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with manufacturing capacity and business goals.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and commercial markets.

· Lead efforts to obtain manufacturers rep groups in strategic areas

· Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

· Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.

· Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and negotiate contracts and pricing.

· Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

· Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

· Support product development by relaying customer feedback and market insights.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience with B2B sales and contract negotiation in manufacturing sectors.

Computer Skills:

· Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

· Microsoft Office

· Zoom, Skye, or Teams Communication

Occasional visits to manufacturing facilities and client sites

Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
