Compensation:
$30 - $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and effective step/dance lesson plans tailored to various skill levels and age groups
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere within the classroom setting
- Instruct step/dance techniques and routines, emphasizing skill enhancement and creativity
- Offer valuable feedback to students to aid in their skill progression and boost confidence
- Coordinate and supervise dance performances and recitals to exhibit students' advancements and talents
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Step and Dance classes
- Proficient in creating engaging lesson plans tailored to different skill levels and age groups
- Strong ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
