We’re hiring an experienced Production Machinery Mechanic to support 3rd-shift and weekend operations at our golf ball manufacturing facility.

Two Shifts Available:

  • 3rd shift, Sunday – Thursday, 11:00pm – 7:00am
  • Weekend: Friday 11:00am – 11:00pm, Sunday 11:00pm – 11:00am and one 8-hour shift during the week


Pay: $30/h

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Millwright, you’ll work hands‑on with industrial equipment to keep production running. This is a mechanical role focused on repair, installation, alignment, and maintenance of complex machinery.

Key duties include:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems
  • Install, dismantle, move, level, and align stationary equipment and production machinery
  • Work on manual and automated mechanical assemblies, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per equipment schedules
  • Modify existing equipment to improve reliability, safety, and performance
  • Perform basic fabrication, piping, welding, and machining
  • Use blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Operate hoisting and rigging equipment such as cranes, jacks, tractors, and lifting devices
  • Work closely with operators, engineers, team leaders, and vendors
  • Participate in maintenance training and continuous improvement efforts
  • Follow all safety, quality, and plant procedures

What We’re Looking For
You must meet one of the following:

  • Completed TPC educational requirements plus 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Associate degree or technical certificate in a mechanical discipline, plus 3 years of industrial equipment experience
  • 7 years of hands-on industrial experience in a skilled mechanical trade

Required Skills

  • Strong mechanical background with proven millwright skills
  • Experience with power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, and vacuum systems
  • Ability to dismantle and move large industrial machinery (conveyors, pumps, tanks, fans, furnaces, generators, etc.)
  • Experience operating hoisting and lifting equipment (cranes, jacks, tractors, rigging)
  • Basic knowledge of electronic controls
  • Formal training in basic pneumatics and motors/pumps
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
