Orchard View Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Nankipooh, Georgia. As an SLP, you'll evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team focused on maximizing patient outcomes and independence.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Treat communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia disorders
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team, and families
• Complete timely documentation and progress reports
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and compensatory strategies
