¿Qué harás en un día típico como Operador de Producción I?
- Utilizar herramientas y equipos como soldadores, autoclaves, microscopios, tijeras y cuchillas para armar y etiquetar componentes médicos
- Evaluar tu propio trabajo e inspeccionar visualmente piezas bajo microscopio, dando retroalimentación constructiva al equipo
- Reportar problemas o cambios de equipo al supervisor y rehacer unidades según se requiera
- Asegurar la configuración adecuada de los equipos para el ensamble y la inspección precisa siguiendo instrucciones y dibujos técnicos, registrando el estatus de las piezas en sistemas computarizados
- Reconciliar inventario al iniciar el día y durante transiciones de órdenes de trabajo
- Seguir todas las instrucciones y SOPs establecidos, registrando información trazable en hojas de historial de dispositivos
- Mantener asistencia y puntualidad, trabajando el turno completo
