Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and emails, filter communications and respond appropriately
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for reports and projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
