$52,000 - $62,000 per year or more

As a Route Service and Sales Technician Trainee, you will:
- Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations
- Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Provide emergency on-call service
- Deliver and pick up chemicals
- Collect payments and follow up on accounts
- Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns
- Train customers on product usage and safety
- Negotiate service renewals and pricing
What You’ll Need:
- A valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
- Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations
- A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
