An experienced CVOR Registered Nurse is sought for a travel position in North Fort Myers, FL, supporting core surgical teams in a fast-paced cardiovascular operating room. This role offers the opportunity to apply specialized skills in a dynamic environment, supporting high-quality patient care.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years CVOR RN experience with proven abilities to both scrub and circulate
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Proficient with Epic EMR system
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to float within a 50-mile radius, including other sister facilities
- Complete demographic documentation upon submission, including license, DOB, full SSN, and address
Work Schedule:
- 10-hour day shifts
- Call required, no block scheduling
- Floating responsibilities prioritized for travelers
Primary Duties:
- Provide high-level cardiovascular surgical nursing care in the OR
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, functioning as essential core staff
- Maintain compliance with facility culture and operational standards
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 patient coverage
