Looking for a flexible outdoor job this fall? We’re hiring Seasonal Event Crew Members to help set up and take down large tents and party equipment for weddings, festivals, and events around Duluth and the surrounding area. Great job for college students, athletes, or anyone who enjoys physical work, being outside, and working as part of a team.

VERY Flexible - We work around your class schedule

Pay: $17–$19/hourSchedule:

Full-time or Part-time | Flexible hours | Overtime & weekends available

Season: May–October (some earlier/later work possible)

What You’ll Do:

Set up and remove party tents, inflatables, and rental equipment

Load and unload trucks and trailers

Travel to event sites within a 70-mile radius of Duluth

Use tools to pound stakes and install structures

Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Work in all types of weather

What We’re Looking For:

Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly

Enjoy outdoor work and physical activity

Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic

Comfortable following instructions and taking initiative

Mechanical aptitude and/or experience with trailers is a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license
