Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Support pharmacy operations in a dynamic retail setting serving the greater Phoenix area by joining a per diem pharmacist team. This role is designed for experienced pharmacists seeking flexible work, typically covering 2-4 days per week, helping to fill in during call outs, vacations, or periods of increased volume.
Location:
- Chandler, AZ, with most pharmacies within commute distance of Phoenix
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert pharmaceutical services in retail pharmacies operating Monday through Saturday, generally from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with some locations open until 8:00 PM
- Manage prescription dispensing with an average daily volume of 100-125 prescriptions
- Maintain compliance with immunization and basic life support (BLS) requirements
- Utilize QS1 pharmacy management software
- Participate in an initial 8-hour paid training shift, with additional training available as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred, with a preference for candidates possessing 5+ years to maximize compensation potential
- Valid Arizona pharmacist license without restrictions
- Immunization privileges and current BLS certification
- Ability to work collaboratively with strong technician support staff
- Familiarity with QS1 software is a plus, reducing required training time

- Travel support is provided for locations beyond typical commute: mileage reimbursement after 30 miles, lodging and meal stipends for distances over 75 miles
