TERMITE AND PEST COTROL SERVICE MANAGER

Kilter Termite and Pest Control is seeking an experienced leader for a Service Management Position. This position is based out of our Long Beach branch. You must have experience leading all aspects of a Pest Control/Termite branch.


ROLE DESCRIPTION

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Train branch staff to company policies
  • Monitor company credit/gas cards assigned to the branch.
  • Supply continuing, up-to-date training of branch service personnel.
  • Inspect services completed by branch personnel to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Preform quality control inspections
  • Provide coverage for employees who call out

This position is 80% field work and 20% office

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Driver License and keep a clean driving record to be insured with the company’s vehicle insurance.
  • SPCB Branch 3 field representatives' license.
  • SPCB Branch 2 field representatives' license.
  • Must have licenses within 12 months.

Physical Requirements:

  • Crawl into sub-structures and attic spaces.
  • Pass a pre-employment physical.
  • Be able to bend, kneel, crawl and crouch, to reach and to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Be able to safely climb ladders up to 32 feet.
  • Lift, push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Look up for 10-minute periods during inspections.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: Lead, manage and hold all branch employees to company standards.

Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 an hour


Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Good Driving Record
  • Pest Control/Termite License (Required)
  • Minimum 3+ years minimum of Industry management experience

Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Licensed Branch 2 & 3 Field Rep.
  • Knowledge of cost control and revenue opportunities
  • Solid understanding of general business management principles and practices involved in managing a day-to-day operation
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • A valid California driver’s license and good driving record.
