Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized 1:1 support within a school setting in Aurora, CO. This contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise in pediatric occupational therapy in an educational environment, helping students achieve their developmental and educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students requiring 1:1 support.
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans aimed at improving students functional abilities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure integrated care and progress monitoring.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports in compliance with school and state regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational plan for each student.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active license in Occupational Therapy.
• Certification and experience providing 1:1 therapy services within a school environment.
• Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and educational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and multidisciplinary teams.
