Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our established outpatient practice located in Fayetteville, NY.
You will be joining a well-resourced and collaborative team dedicated to providing care for patients across all age groups, including pediatrics, adults, and seniors, as well as offering women's health services. We are particularly eager to welcome a provider with expertise in women's health, making this a fantastic opportunity for candidates with that specialization.

Practice Overview - Fayetteville:
Situated at 4000 Medical Center Dr., Fayetteville, NY 13066, this outpatient primary care facility provides:
- Holistic care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions
- Preventive services, including vaccinations and cancer screenings
- Women's health services, such as annual pelvic examinations and Pap smears
- A collaborative, team-oriented clinical atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS:
- New York State medical license and DEA certification
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Our organization provides a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
- Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $242,000
- This salary reflects the initial compensation range and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
- Sign-on Bonus: $50,000, payable in the first payroll month following the start of employment
- Retention Bonus:
- $25,000 paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary
- $25,000 paid in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary
- Resident compensation available at $2,500 per month
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage

- CME time and an annual expense allowance of $4,500
