Your Role

Provide exceptional phone and front-desk support
</li>

Schedule jobs and manage workflows using Housecall Pro
</li>
<li>
Dispatch technicians strategically to maximize efficiency
</li>
<li>
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
</li>
<li>
Keep accurate job notes and customer information
</li>
<li>
Work from our office in a team-centered environment
</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>
Excellent customer communication skills
</li>
<li>
Experience with Housecall Pro or similar software
</li>
<li>
Ability to stay calm, organized, and proactive
</li>
<li>
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
</li>
<li>
Prior CSR or dispatch experience (preferred)
</li>
