Administrative Assistant/Marketing
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
Location: Lee's Summit, MO
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides outstanding customer service, and can effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position also includes creating basic social media content to help promote our business.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a professional, welcoming attitude
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars as needed
- Respond to emails and general office inquiries
- Create and post basic content on company social media platforms
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist office staff with various projects and daily tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Facebook and other social media platforms is a plus
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
