We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead interior commercial buildouts with a strong focus on field execution, quality, and schedule control. This role manages day-to-day jobsite activity for framing, drywall, ceilings, and related interior scopes. It’s a great opportunity for a hands-on field leader who takes pride in running organized, safe, and high-performing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee interior construction activities including framing, drywall installation, ceiling systems, and scaffold coordination.
- Manage daily field operations, including manpower planning, sequencing, and trade coordination.
- Track project schedule milestones and support budget accountability through consistent field reporting.
- Enforce jobsite safety expectations and ensure a clean, controlled work environment.
- Perform quality checks throughout construction and drive punch-list completion through closeout.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of superintendent experience supporting commercial interior construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, and ceiling systems with hands-on field leadership experience.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain jobsite productivity.
- Solid understanding of field scheduling and construction workflow planning.
- Experience driving quality control and maintaining high workmanship standards.
- Strong safety mindset with experience enforcing site safety procedures.
- Organized, dependable, and capable of maintaining accurate field documentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead crews in a fast-paced environment.
