We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to help lead our dedicated team and elevate the dining experience at one of San Diego’s most celebrated farm-to-table restaurants. Our menu is rooted in simplicity, creativity, and high-quality ingredients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintaining inventory control, ensuring freshness and proper rotation of ingredients
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef or higher).
  • Proficient in kitchen management, food prep, and execution; strong knowledge of farm-to-table practices and ingredient sourcing.
  • A love for seasonal, local ingredients and a commitment to sustainability.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards while also fostering a positive, efficient, and passionate team culture
  • A desire to innovate with fresh ingredients, creating new dishes that excite our guests.
