Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other specialists
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process

Location:

• Dodge Center, MN

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload of 40 students
• Provide direct speech and language services in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as required by the school system
