Restaurant General Manager - Family Dining Leader
Location: Roanoke, VA
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Lucrative Bonus Program

We are seeking a hands-on, high-visibility operator with a proven track record of driving performance in high-volume settings. The ideal candidate has experience managing annual sales between $1.8M and $2.2M and thrives in a dynamic, guest-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of brand standards and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
- Assume full P&L accountability, strategically managing food costs, labor, and operational expenses to achieve profitability targets.
- Lead by example on the floor, actively engaging with guests and staff during peak service hours to model and maintain a culture of hospitality.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes staff retention and professional growth.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvement.
- Uphold unwavering compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and brand-specific operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Required Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
- Sales Volume: Proven success managing restaurant operations with annual sales volumes between $1.8M and $2.2M.
- Segment Expertise: Experience in full-service or fast-casual segments is highly desirable. General Managers with a background in busy lunch or full-service breakfast concepts are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Leadership Style: A hands-on, energetic leader with a strong presence on the floor and a passion for mentoring teams.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrable skill in managing a P&L, controlling prime costs, and executing financial plans.
