- Shift: 12-hour Nights (Night Shift ER RN / Travel Nurse)\n

- Unit: Emergency Department (ED) with float to Medical-Surgical (MS)\n
- Patient Ratio: 2:1\n
- Ideal Candidate: Experienced ED nurse / travel registered nurse comfortable in rural acute care\n

- Minimum 2 years of inpatient RN experience; ED experience strongly preferred\n
- Active Colorado RN license\n
- Required certifications: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), ACLS, BLS\n
- Hands-on experience with cardiac drips and diabetic drips\n
- Comfortable using telemetry monitoring and basic cardiac interpretation\n
- Ability to prepare and mix medications independently (no in-house pharmacy)\n
- Cerner EMR experience preferred\n

- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Emergency Department as an ER RN / ED nurse\n
- Float to Medical-Surgical unit as needed to support inpatient care\n
- Assess, triage, and manage patients across all ages—pediatric to geriatric\n
- Monitor and titrate cardiac and diabetic drips per protocol\n
- Utilize telemetry equipment for continuous cardiac monitoring and assessment\n
- Prepare, mix, and administer medications safely and independently\n
- Document care clearly and accurately using Cerner EMR\n
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes\n
