<p>About 50% of the business is Hadscapes, but the ideal crew leader would also have experience in the following areas: Drainage, plants/sod, landscape lighting, grading, &amp; irrigation. Experience is not required in all areas, but proficiency in hardscape is required. Owner is willing to train on other areas. but expereince in hardscape is most important.
