Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team!&nbsp;You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial customers.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Install&nbsp;heating, ventilation, and air conditioning&nbsp;systems on new projects</li>
<li>Install replacement HVAC systems on existing homes and businesses</li>
<li>Inspect and perform equipment repairs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain excellent&nbsp;customer service skills</li>
<li>Attend company paid training courses</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience as a residential Lead HVAC installer (required)</li>
<li>Ability to properly braze, vacuum and charge/handle refrigerant</li>
<li>Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams</li>
<li>Strong electrical knowledge</li>
<li>Ability to fabricate sheet metal transitions</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills</li>
