Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Liberty, MO, serving an elementary caseload with students who have high needs. This contract role runs from April 20th through May 22nd, 2026, with a break before resuming for the Extended School Year (ESY) from June 1st to June 30th (excluding June 19th for the holiday). The position requires onsite work with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy for elementary students with diverse communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and coordinate with other professionals to support student success

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credential
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong skills in managing caseloads involving students with high needs
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work onsite full-time during the contract period
