Our practice is uniquely positioned within the community, serving the needs of our patients. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

- Work schedule: Monday-Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Sign-On Bonus: $10K for full-time, $5K for part-time positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Nebraska and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
- Both experienced hygienists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development to meet patient needs and provide preventive care for overall dental health.
- Clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
