Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records.
• Resolve customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Handle dispatching tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operation of logistics processes.
• Perform data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving, maintaining accuracy at all times.
• Deliver excellent customer service within a call center environment.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure timely and efficient logistics and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.
• Ensure all logistics and distribution tasks are handled in compliance with industry standards.
• Proven experience in Dispatching is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in Data Entry is a vital requirement.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Logistics Industry is a must.
• Previous experience with Call Center Customer Service is necessary.
• Familiarity with Freight Carriers is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of Logistics & Distribution processes is required.
• Experience in Shipping & Receiving is a crucial part of this role.
