Position Summary:

Coordinates and provides safe care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education

Graduate from School of Nursing.

Required licensures/certifications

Current Florida Nursing License

Current BLS Certification

Current ACLS Certification

Current PALS Certification

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of principles of emergency nursing care for the acutely ill adult and geriatric patient.

Experience

Must possess one the following requirements:

• At least one year of Acute Care experience as an RN (hospital) - ED experience preferred.
• CEN, or related certification
