We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic and innovative manufacturing team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to producing high-quality products for a diverse range of industries. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of CNC machines and to develop your skills in a supportive and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
As a CNC Machinist, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
2. Loading raw materials into the CNC machines.
3. Setting up and calibrating CNC machines according to the specifications of the job.
4. Monitoring the CNC machine while it is running to ensure it is operating as expected.
5. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the CNC machine.
7. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
8. Collaborating with the rest of the manufacturing team to improve processes and product quality.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the CNC Machinist position, you must have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
7. A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
8. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certificate in a related field is a plus.
