JOB SUMMARY:
- Maintain resource documents in patient lobby/waiting area.
- Maintain partner and team directories.
- Provide administrative support to Community Health staff, teams, and committees.
- Take minutes during all required
- Prepare mailings for events and other
- Assist with meeting coordination including room reservations, updating calendars, and working with appropriate hospital departments to arrange catering, room set up and equipment
- Assist with all connect center events which may include tracking RSVPs and registration.
- Create new patient packets for each CPS (Counseling & Psychiatric Services).
- Maintain intake packets for navigation department.
- Verify current community resource list is updated as needed.
- Data entry into forms for community resources and deliver to Outreach Coordinator.
- Assist connection center team and participate in community events.
- Assist associates in daily office functions and organization.
