JOB SUMMARY:

  • Maintain resource documents in patient lobby/waiting area.
  • Maintain partner and team directories.
  • Provide administrative support to Community Health staff, teams, and committees.
  • Take minutes during all required
  • Prepare mailings for events and other
  • Assist with meeting coordination including room reservations, updating calendars, and working with appropriate hospital departments to arrange catering, room set up and equipment
  • Assist with all connect center events which may include tracking RSVPs and registration.
  • Create new patient packets for each CPS (Counseling & Psychiatric Services).
  • Maintain intake packets for navigation department.
  • Verify current community resource list is updated as needed.
  • Data entry into forms for community resources and deliver to Outreach Coordinator.
  • Assist connection center team and participate in community events.
  • Assist associates in daily office functions and organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
