About This Role:
The Talent Acquisition Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This role assists with job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking to help ensure efficient and positive candidate experience. This role is on a hybrid schedule with hours from 8:15AM to 5PM Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for candidates and interview teams
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, application status, and next steps
- Assist with posting job openings on company career sites
- Review applications and route candidates to the recruiter for screening
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system
- Support pre-employment processes such as background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation
- Assist with recruitment events or other talent acquisition initiatives
- Provide a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support HR and recruiting projects as needed
Who You Are:
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of recruiting and 1 year of HR support experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience scheduling interviews across multiple departments
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary/hourly range for this position is $25.24 - $30.92, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
