Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Quality Control Lead, where you'll oversee daily quality operations, ensure compliance with internal and customer standards, and lead a team of inspectors. This role bridges production and quality, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise quality control activities across shifts

Perform inspections using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Review reports and lead corrective actions

Train staff on quality standards and procedures

Support RCA and CAPA processes

Maintain audit records and equipment calibration

Participate in ISO and customer audits
Qualifications:
-
3–5 years in manufacturing quality control
-
1–2 years in a leadership role
-
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
-
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and metal fabrication processes

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
