• Do you enjoy diagnosing electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced, continuous production setting?
• Can you read blueprints and technical docs and translate them into action?
• Are you comfortable fabricating or machining parts to drive reliability?
• Do you document precisely in CMMS and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams?

What you'll do

• Execute predictive and preventive maintenance and perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair on automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate daily with Maintenance, Facilities, Production, Engineering, and contractors to meet production targets and implement machine improvements.
• Set up, calibrate, and test mechanical assemblies and components using proper tools and procedures.
• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records within the CMMS.
• Support EHS and Quality expectations in every task and decision.

Role details

• Location: Timonium, MD (on-site)
• Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Basic qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency reading manuals, technical documents, blueprints, and troubleshooting guides.
• Team-first communication style in a collaborative environment.

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently.
• Stand for an entire shift; reach, bend, squat, and kneel as needed.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic PC skills; able to follow technical drawings and work instructions.

Preferred experience

• Hazardous waste handling, industrial/manufacturing background, and electrical work.
• Exposure to injection molding and melt-blowing processes.

Schedule and commitment

• A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts), plus Wednesday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including overtime and holidays.

Pay and benefits

• Hourly pay: $32 - $36 per hour (good-faith range at time of posting; subject to change).
• Bonus/incentive eligible.
