10-4 Logistics USA seeks dependable, safety-minded CDL‑A drivers to operate on a dedicated regional account. This role provides predictable routes, assigned sleeper tractors (no slip seating), 100% no‑touch dry van freight with drop‑and‑hook operations, and pay structured to accommodate both experienced drivers and recent CDL‑A graduates.
Compensation & pay details
- Average weekly pay range: $1,500 – $1,700
- Stop pay: $6 per stop
- Drop & Hook pay: $6 per drop and hook
- Additional performance incentives and bonuses may be available based on safety and productivity
Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL‑A (Class A) license
- One year of tractor‑trailer experience within the last 36 months, verifiable
- Minimum age 21 and ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements
- Ability to pass required drug screenings and background checks
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers
Schedule, equipment & working conditions
- Dedicated account with consistent routes and schedules
- Assigned sleeper tractor to promote equipment familiarity and safety
- 100% no‑touch dry van freight using drop‑and‑hook operations
- Weekly home time for two days
- Drivers are expected to comply with hours‑of‑service rules, perform required vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate records including ELD logs
