Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.
We are looking for Retail Relationship Manager to support the Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CL/ML) of Retail Portfolios restructurings and remedial team on all secured and unsecured non-performing loans to maximize recoveries across different industries and asset classes.
Reporting to the Retail RMs Manager, the role is responsible for:
- Overview of a number of assigned cases/borrowers as part of a NPL portfolio;
- Engagement in workout discussions and negotiations with borrowers, legal advisors and other related parties towards resolution of the exposure;
- Independently determining effective workout strategies (consensual/ non-consensual) while ensuring prompt implementation of approved action plan;
- Monitoring the relationship and the workout strategy (ie restructuring) and working closely with other internal teams (legal, loan administration, credit and committees);
- Preparing proposals for debt restructuring, settlement proposals and various action plans for management’s approval;
- Engage on personalized and one to one discussions with customers on our premises;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- Professional experience in non-performing Loans (at least 2 years, involving hands-on management of secured and unsecured loans, collections and restructuring units);
- Negotiation and communication skills and ability to interact with different debtors;
- Interact effectively with different stakeholders;
- Good track record in executing complex and difficult transactions, and strong financial analysis skills;
- Understanding of SBL/SME industries dynamics;
- Knowledge of the new legal framework and tools (i.e. foreclosure, special administration, platforms);
- Comfortable working in high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan; and exceptional attention to detail
